A few important terms
- Precision shows how close one measured result is close to another measured result in the same experiment
- Accuracy measures how close to reality the gathered results are.
- Systematic Errors are a result of the use of a faulty piece of equipment (broken or uncalibrated).
- Random Errors occur when judgements must be made by the observer (as in a ball falling from a certain point to the ground and you have to time the fall).
